Warranty policy between the customer and the company

Warranty periods depending on product type

  • Bedrooms - Dining rooms (without chairs) - Kitchens - Dressing rooms: Five-year warranty.
  • Dining chairs – sofas – corners – salons – recliners – sofa beds – tables: Three-year warranty.
  • Shoe Rack Organizer - TV units - Rests: Three-year warranty.
  • Garden furniture: 1 year warranty.
  • mattress 10-year warranty.

The warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the product, even if installation is delayed.

Warranty Terms and Procedures

  • Maintenance requests are executed through After-sales service department Within a maximum period of 10 days From the date of application.
  • A Replacement of parts covered by warranty within a period not exceeding 90 days if it is not available in Egypt.
  • The warranty is considered void If the customer by unpacking, packaging, transporting or installing the product elsewhere without the company's knowledge.
  • If the customer wishes to request a disassembly or installation service, this will be done. by contacting after-sales service to determine the cost and available dates for implementation.

Cases not covered by the warranty

The warranty does not apply to faults or damages resulting from apparent or misleading use, including but not limited to:

  • External components such as:
    • leather
    • fabrics
    • glass
    • marble
    • LED lighting units in bedrooms or dining rooms
    • Outdoor cushions
  • Cases Misuse or neglect.
  • Products used in Commercial, office or clinic purposes.
