Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Service:
   Supply and installation services cover all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Shipping prices outside Cairo and Alexandria are determined by governorate.
2. Delivery:
   Delivery is made until Fifth floor without any additional fees, provided that the stair is suitable for climbing the products.
   If the fifth floor is exceeded or the stairs are not suitable, additional fees will be added according to the following:

    

   • One of a kind product Living room or salon or corner: 800 Egyptian pounds.
   • One of a kind product Dining room, bedroom or bed with wardrobe: 800 Egyptian pounds.
   • If the number of products increases, they will be added. 200 Egyptian pounds for every living room, corner or extra room.
   • MasterBed or Mattress 600 Egyptian pounds.
3. Products excluded from additional fees:
   There are no additional charges for the following miscellaneous items:

    

   • Center table
   • screen table
   • side table
   • shoes organizer
   • Lighting Products
   • fabrics
4. Garden furniture:
   There are no additional charges for products. garden furniture.
5. Export outside the Arab Republic of Egypt:
   Products are exported outside the Arab Republic of Egypt based on Prior agreement is made through direct phone communication. With the international sales department.
   All shipping details, prices, delivery terms, and payment methods are determined by agreement between the two parties via telephone.
